No Lead Design
water coolers and drinking fountains are manufactured with a waterway system utilizing copper components and completely lead-free material. These waterways have no lead because all leaded materials, such as leaded brass, have been removed. Waterway joints are made using lead free brazing alloys. No Lead coolers and drinking fountains ensure that no lead is being added to your drinking water.
WATER COOLER FEATURES
1. Flexi-Guard Anti-Microbial Safety Bubbler.
Flexes on impact before returning to original position. The anti-microbial agent
blended into the pliable plastic prevents bacteria from multiplying on the surface of the bubbler. Standard on all models with separate push-button, push-bar, or Easy-Touch Controls.
2. Stainless Steel Basin.
Splash-resistant. Multi-level deck design. One-piece nickel-bearing type 300 series stainless steel.
3. Separate Push-Button, Push-Bar or Easy-Touch Control.
Positioned to be sanitary and easily accessible.
3. Stream Height Regulator.
Automatically maintains constant stream height at line pressures of 20 to105 psi.
4. Water System.
Manufactured of copper components or other lead-free materials. Waterways are free of lead because all leaded materials such as leaded brass have been removed. All brazed joints use solder only. No lead solder is permitted.
6. Compressor and Motor.
Hermetically sealed. Permanently lubricated. Factory tested.
7. Non-Pressurized Cooling Tank.
Fully insulated tube on stainless steel tank meets Underwriters Laboratories Inc. requirements for self-extinguishing plastic foam (U.L.-94HBF).Storage tank is subject to line pressure only when regulator is activated. In the unlikely event of a burst
tank, only stored water would be released.
8. Fan Motor and Blade.
Heavy duty. Permanently sealed and lubricated.
9. Condenser Coil.
Fin and tube type.
10. Drier.
Prevents internal moisture from contaminating refrigeration system.
11. Drain Outlet.
1 1/4-inch slip-joint fitting (on most models). Unobstructed for easy installation.
12. Preset Cooler Control. Requires altitude adjustment only.
13. Water Inlet Connection. (Not shown.)
Accepts 3/8-inch O.D. tubing for hookup to incoming water line. Unobstructed
for easy installation.
14. In-Line Strainer (Not shown.)
Standard on Water Coolers and Fountains. Easily cleanable screen traps waterborne
particulates of 140 microns in diameter or larger prior to their entry into the water cooler.
15. WaterSentry® Filter System.
Uses high-grade filters specifically matched and formulated for filtration efficiency,
chemical absorption and adequate water flow, resulting in a dramatic improvement over typical in-line, granular bed and
gravity filters. Available on certain models.
16. Optional Filter Monitor.
(Not Shown) An optional filter monitor counts gallon usage and provides audible alert when
filter needs replacement.
17. Optional Glass Filler. (Not shown.)
Requires factory preparation. Models equipped for glass filler require pressurized
cooling tank.
18. HFC-134a Refrigerant. (Not shown.)
This refrigerant is proven to be safer for the environment, protecting it from harmful
CFC’s. And while it’s environmentally friendly, HFC-134a refrigerant has also been tested to be as, or more, effective than
previous refrigerant. |
